Acceptable Use Policy

TeamingWay is intended for use by organizations. This means that if you are using our service in a workplace or on a device or account issued to you by your employer or another organization (your “Organization”), that Organization probably has its own policies regarding your use of TeamingWay, and your use of the service should comply with these policies. Using TeamingWay responsibly:

In addition to your Organization’s policies, we’ve also created the following rules to help ensure responsible use of our services.

When accessing TeamingWay, you must comply with our TeamingWay Acceptable Use Policy. When using TeamingWay, you must not:

  • Hide your identity, impersonate anyone else or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Engage in any activity that exploits, harms or threatens to harm children.
  • Create or display content that is illegal, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive or defamatory, or that promotes or encourages violence, breach of laws, self-mutilation, eating disorders or drug abuse.
  • Breach laws or infringe the rights of TeamingWay or any third party.
  • Interfere with the normal functioning of TeamingWay or anyone else’s use of TeamingWay.
  • Access TeamingWay or related content or information through means that are not authorized by TeamingWay (including through scraping or crawling); circumvent access controls; or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to TeamingWay or related systems, passwords or accounts.
  • Share admin access tokens with or grant similar app access permissions to any third party that is not expressly approved by TeamingWay. When you decide to grant such admin access, either via token or app permission, to an approved third party, you may allow the third-party access to your data or content only to the extent necessary for the purpose approved by TeamingWay and in line with your instructions. We reserve the right to limit such third-party access (e.g. by resetting the access token or removing the app permission) at any time if we believe that such access has been or will be misused.
  • Upload viruses, malware or other malicious code, or do anything that could damage, disable, overburden or impair TeamingWay or related systems (such as a denial-of-service attack or interference with page rendering or other TeamingWay functionality).
  • Violating any of the following can result in your account and/or content being removed without warning. We reserve the right to monitor your account and report content to authorities if required.

Our responsibilities and your feedback

TeamingWay may deploy automated technologies to detect child pornography, other illegal or abusive material or any material that we reasonably believe may harm TeamingWay, users or third parties.

We may (but have no obligation to) remove or limit access to any of your data or content if we believe that it breaches this Acceptable Use Policy, your Organization’s TeamingWay Enterprise Agreement or applicable laws or regulations. TeamingWay will provide you or your Organization with reasonable notice of such action, unless prohibited by law.

We welcome all feedback about TeamingWay, but please note that we may use your comments or suggestions without any obligation or compensation to you.

What you should do on TeamingWay:

Create and bring all teams together on TeamingWay Streams; a collaborative workspace dedicated to keeping teams engaged, informed and updated on anything and everything important that is happening within the organization!

2. Set Goals to Meet Your Business Objectives

Align your teams’ activity to business priorities with TeamingWay Goals. Create goals, add milestones, assign tasks to individuals and set timelines to empower your team to achieve their objectives.

3. Collaborate

Inject productivity by allowing teams to have real time, goal specific discussions, share progress updates and files. No need to hunt for documents in your emails or duplicating efforts here!

4. Connect

Meet, chat, share and discuss all on the same platform. TeamingWay allows internal, external and remote teams to call, video conference and live chat from the same platform, making it easy to switch between channels to suit the discussion.

5. Evaluate

Achieve your business objectives faster by having real-time visibility into progress on specific goals and milestones and identify potential roadblocks. TeamingWay makes it easy for teams and managers to visualize goals, progress and milestones. Utilize the analytics dashboard to understand performance metrics.

6. Manage

Manage team members, profiles, permissions, billing etc. in real-time using TeamingWay’s user friendly and secure interface. Invite external contractors or even clients to specific goals as and when needed!
