TeamingWay INC. is looking for candidates who will be responsible to drive new business and sales revenue by generating/taking sales leads and executing the sales cycle to turn them into paid-subscription clients within a designated geography. They will be expected to penetrate within the mid to large enterprise businesses within many different sectors. In the process of achieving your sales revenue targets they will be eligible for a highly competitive base plus commission structure.

They will be trained and supported by TeamingWay Inc. professionals for a thorough business understanding of TW and related business services. They will also be provided with sales material, i.e. Sales Playbook, comparative analysis, scripting etc.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing mid to large size enterprise client accounts
  • Meeting/exceeding Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
  • Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Facilitating discovery meetings, in person/remote, to gain knowledge of the clients’ challenges and position TeamingWay as the long-term solution for their business or institution
  • Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
  • Calling to establish new opportunities
  • Maintaining client relationships to grow and retain existing ones and churn rate low
  • Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
  • Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
  • Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channels Generate leads through business-to-business marketing, direct sales techniques, and “warm conversations” on prospective clients
  • Growing our brand through prospecting new clients
  • Meeting with prospective clients and present our product offerings
  • Being an ambassador of TW and our products, answering any client questions and handling objections
  • Being aware of competitive landscape to address inquiries
  • Delivering TW as a solution to these challenges
  • Driving the sales process and gain client acceptance on our solution through signing of monthly or annual subscription
  • Documenting and tracking sales activity and report to sales head successes/challenges and action plans required to exceed targets in areas related to sales growth and brand awareness
  • Managing a portfolio of client information in a CRM tool to maximize the marketing capabilities
  • Utilizing database to update customer contact notes and opportunities in a timely manner

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

Must have experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription-based product to a diverse customer base

  • BA/BS degree and 3+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business (minimum 3.2 GPA)
  • MBA from a reputable institution preferred
  • Large account management or project management experience
  • Proven track record for closing large and mid-size companies
  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
  • Strong time management skills
  • Highly skilled in creating new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
  • Proven track record of growing business from an established client base
  • Consistent track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
  • Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Hubspot and Salesforce.com
  • Minimum 1 + years of proven B2B cold calling experience required within the SMB market
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close
  • The ability to learn quickly and build rapport with the client
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire to learn and to succeed
